In 2024, in the heart of Nandvel village, Mavli, Udaipur — a simple but powerful idea took root. What if food could be exactly what it was meant to be? No additives. No shortcuts. No compromise.
Amritksheer was founded to answer that question. Starting with a herd of Gir cows on a single hectare of land, we began producing Gir Cow A2 milk using methods Indian families had trusted for centuries.
